• Suggested Use for NO3 by Revolution Nutrition:
  
  If you train in the morning, take 4 capsules before your workout and 4 capsules in the afternoon.  If you train in the evening, take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules before your workout.  On non-training days, take 4 capsules in the morning.  Do not exceed 8 capsules in any 24-hour period.  This product contains caffeine.  If you are caffeine sensitive, avoid taking NO3 after 6pm to avoid any sleep discomfort.
  
  Warning:
  This product is extremely potent.  Do not exceed the recommended dosage.  Individuals who use the full dosage of this product should limit their dietary intake of other nitrate sources and or nitrate supplements.  Consult your physician before using this product if you suffer from any mediacal conditions.  Do not use any other vasodilator within 2 hours of using NO3.  Do not use this product if you are taking prescribed medication, over-the-counter medication or an MAO inhibitor.  Do not use this product if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy or lactating.  This product is not to be taken with Viagra, Cialis, Levitra or any similar product.
